These are some pics of a wall in my old apartment on Broadway Avenue
in Chicago. All those broken boards did not die in vain. My photographer, Matthew Perrone, had agreed to help create
and shoot the wall. He came up with the design and placement of the boards and placement of the notorious SKATEBOARDING IS
NOT A CRIME logos spread across the corner and falling into the middle of the project. Every
single board was broken by yours truly. (Okay, my buddy Johnny Williams had one or two in there). Each one represents a trophy,
a monument, and a broken bone or two. The pics were featured in various Transworld publications
and online in blogs and art pages. I now humbly offer them to the amazing ViewOfaKind
website.
